It took me 20 years to acknowledge that competing in the Sydney 2000 Paralympics was something worth celebrating.

You see when you hit the international stage as an athlete, one of the ways you keep yourself calm is to tell yourself that what you’re doing or what you’ve achieved it, no.big. deal.

In 2015, I retired from elite sport for the last time, not because I wanted to, but because my body was telling me it was time.

Since swimming for Australia and playing National level Wheelchair rugby, I have learnt to walk five times over and how to live with a positive, healthy mindset and sense of self.

In 2022, I became obsessed with self-belief and what elements and behaviours meant some people had great self-belief and others didn’t. This is where I discovered the three elements of self-belief - Safety, Time and Radical Self Acceptance.

What’s the difference between self-worth and self-confidence?

Self-Worth is acknowledging that you are a valuable human being who is worthy of living a life that lights you up. Self-Confidence is the degree to which you trust in yourself and your ability to deal with challenges, solve problems, and engage successfully with the world.

When the idea of The Self Belief Club dropped in, I wanted to show athletes and humans who want the best out of life that feeling self-worth and self-confidence is possible.

  • SELF - You begin to notice that you see feel, and know things to be different. You see the gaps and know you have something to offer the world that will fill them. You begin to see that with the right thoughts, your emotions change and from there, your reactions life feels more ‘aligned’.

  • SHIFT - Your perspective seems wild compared to others and you fall into the comparison trap. It feels harder to be yourself and share your voice from this space. You sometimes wonder, what’s wrong with me?

  • COMMUNITY - You see a way through. You aren’t alone. You understand your inner voice has been leading you down the garden path but by honouring how you feel, you set yourself free.

self-belief isn’t always the lion that roars, but the quiet voice in your head that says ‘keep going’.

 The Self-Belief Club is my love letter to the brave. To the babes who know they want more in life, who want to learn the how-to of life and to be part of a loving, supportive community that has their back. ALWAYS.

Will I receive 1:1 mentorship? Yes! :) If you want to jump into the VIP Self Belief Club offering, otherwise, you’ll get 1:1 conversation and care on group calls.

Who is this program for? People who identify as women or non-binary who want to create sustainable positive change in their lives. These humans know they have something to offer, but just need a self-belief boost.

When and where does the course start, and how long does it go for? The Self Belief Club is a 12-month program, that has three + intakes a year.

Do I need to have a business to join The Self Belief Club ? Nope! The SBC is for everyone, but if you have a business you’ll get access to Elle’s online business courses as part of the club.

How is the content distributed? Each participant is joined to The Self Belief Club online community and you can pick up the content there.

If I can’t do the course anymore, can I cancel it and get a refund? The Self Belief Club is a subscription based payment or a pay-in-full for the 12 months. There are no refunds, but you can cancel at any time.
